POD-in-Schools after-school programming provide teens with an opportunity to develop their creative talents while exploring different approaches to art making. Classes are taught by graduate student instructors enrolled in RISD's Department of Teaching + Learning in Art + Design. The classes take place on weekday afternoons during Fall & Spring semesters in partner urban public high schools and in POD's studio on RISD's campus.

This year (2017-2018), Central Falls High School (Central Falls);  the William M. Davies, Jr. Career & Technical High School, Lincoln;  Charles E. Shea Senior High School (Pawtucket); Metropolitan Regional Career & Technical Center (Providence); and Woonsocket High School (Woonsocket).
